Solara Vita was founded by Daniza Neri, whose commitment to improving healthcare experiences is both personal and professional.
Daniza works as a Digital Navigator, helping organizations identify and close the gaps that leave older adults and underserved populations behind in digital and healthcare systems.
While supporting her father through cancer treatment and her mother through a knee replacement procedure, Daniza experienced how confusing information, disconnected systems, and unclear next steps can create additional work for patients and families.
Throughout her career, Daniza has helped people and teams navigate technology and improve the way work gets done. Her experience includes technical support, User Research Operations, and project management, where she created practical tools to help teams stay organized and make informed decisions.
